Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is tailored to the product type and manufacturing process:

  • Solid-color sleepwear: 100 sets per style per color, freely split across up to 4 sizes with no fixed ratio requirement.
  • Printed, embroidered, or lace sleepwear: 200 sets per style per color, reflecting the additional setup and material handling involved.

For repeat orders or long-term partnerships, we are open to discussing adjusted MOQs based on your sales projections.

Q2. How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Our standard timelines are as follows:

StageTimeline
Sample (solid colors)3–5 working days
Sample (printed / embroidered / lace)5–8 working days
Bulk production (regular season)25–28 days
Bulk production (peak season)28–32 days

Peak periods typically fall in Q3–Q4. We advise placing orders early to secure your production slot.

Q3. How do you handle sample fees? Are they refundable?

Sample fees generally run around $50 per piece, depending on fabric and construction complexity.

Yes, they are refundable. Once you confirm a bulk order, the sample cost can be either:

  • Returned in full, or
  • Applied as a credit toward your final invoice.

Send us your tech pack or design reference for a precise quote.

Q4. What private label and packaging options do you support?

We operate as a full OEM/ODM partner and can customize every touchpoint of your product:

CategoryOptions
LabelsWoven labels, printed labels, care labels, size labels

Sustainable packaging materials are available upon request.

Q5. What quality control measures do you have in place?

We enforce a strict zero-defect policy before any shipment leaves our facility:

Yes, they are refundable. Once you confirm a bulk order, the sample cost can be either:

  • 100% inline and final inspection on every garment
  • Detailed QC reports with photos available on request
  • Full cooperation with third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, BV, etc.) arranged by you at your cost

We do not ship until the batch meets both our internal standards and your approved sample.

Q6. Will my designs and brand information be kept confidential?

Without question. We treat all client materials—tech packs, designs, brand concepts, and pricing—as strictly confidential.

We will sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before any files are exchanged. No design details are shared with third parties, and we do not use client designs for our own marketing or sampling purposes.

Q7. What are your payment terms?

Our standard structure is:

  • Sample order: 100% upfront before production
  • Bulk order: 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% balance before shipment
  • Alternative terms may be available for established partners or orders over a certain volume

We accept wire transfer (T/T). Other methods can be discussed case by case.

Q8. Which fabrics and materials do you work with?

We specialize in sleepwear-grade fabrics including:

  • Cotton (jersey, interlock, flannel)
  • Silk & satin (mulberry silk, polyester satin)
  • Modal & bamboo
  • Lace & mesh
  • Blends (cotton-spandex, polyester-viscose, etc.)

Custom fabric sourcing is available if you have a specific mill or composition in mind.

Q9. Do you offer size grading and fit adjustments?

Yes. You can provide your own size chart, or we can recommend a standard grading based on your target market (US, EU, UK, AU, etc.). We also offer fit sample revisions to refine the silhouette before bulk production begins.

Q10. How do you handle shipping and delivery?

We can ship via:

  • Sea freight (most economical for bulk orders)
  • Air freight (faster, higher cost)
  • Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for urgent or small-volume orders)

We handle export customs documentation. You may use your own freight forwarder or rely on our logistics partners.
